What CreatorVet is
CreatorVet provides creator-vetting intelligence: authenticity signals, AI brand-safety verdicts and audience metrics derived from public data. It is assistive screening for a human decision — not an autonomous gatekeeper and not a guarantee about any creator.
YouTube
CreatorVet uses YouTube API Services. By using CreatorVet you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Creators may optionally connect the Google account that owns their channel. The access this grants is read-only — CreatorVet can never edit, post, delete or change anything on a channel — and is used only to verify channel ownership and, where the creator enables it, to display their own audience statistics on their own page. What is accessed, how long it is kept, and how to disconnect are described in our Privacy Policy; access can be revoked anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Fair use of the free tier
Free checks are rate-limited per user. Automated scraping, bulk-querying the free endpoints, or reselling report output without an agreement isn’t allowed. If you need volume, talk to us — the paid tier exists for exactly that.
Exports and reports
Reports, CSV exports and bulk-vetting output — including any data derived from YouTube — are licensed to you for your own internal campaign and vetting decisions only. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or provide them to third parties as a data product. Sharing a report within your own company or with the agency running your campaign is fine.
No warranties
Scores are probabilistic and depend on public data that can change or be wrong. CreatorVet is provided “as is”; we are not liable for campaign or business decisions made on top of it. A “pass” verdict is a screen, not an endorsement; an “avoid” verdict is a flag for review, not an accusation.
Creators
If your channel is shown and you believe the underlying public data is misread, contact us and we’ll re-run the analysis or remove the cached report.
